Smart Hosting is a technology and property-automation service operated by A&R Investment Venture LLC, based in Tucson, Arizona.
We may collect information you provide when you request information, create an account, configure a property, or communicate with us. This may include name, email address, phone number, property-related information, reservation information, and account information.
We use information to provide, maintain, secure and improve Smart Hosting; support property automation; communicate with account holders and authorized property staff; process service requests; and comply with legal obligations.
If you separately opt in to SMS communications, Smart Hosting may use your phone number and SMS consent status to send the operational/account notifications you requested, such as reservation, access, cleaning, service or property-automation notifications.
