Smart Hosting provides software and automation tools intended to help hosts, co-hosts, property managers and authorized property staff coordinate short-term-rental operations.
You are responsible for information provided to Smart Hosting and for maintaining appropriate authorization to manage properties, reservations, access systems and other connected services.
Automation features depend on the availability and behavior of connected platforms, calendars, smart-lock systems, messaging services and other third-party services. Smart Hosting does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services.
You are responsible for ensuring that access codes, locks, property devices and other connected systems are configured appropriately and used only for authorized purposes.
Smart Hosting SMS messages are intended for operational and account-related communications, such as reservation notifications, access-code notifications, cleaning/turnover notifications and property-automation alerts.
Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information.
